Regular maintenance of your laser and IPL equipment is of utmost importance to ensure its safe and reliable operation. Laser and IPL equipment that is not serviced regularly is more likely to suffer from ongoing reliability problems and even more importantly the laser/IPL energy output may not be accurate with the obvious potential dangers to your clients. To minimise the downtime and maximise the safety and reliability of your equipment we recommend that all systems are serviced twice per year in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines. Regular maintenance is also a requirement of the Healthcare Commission and The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority.

All our technical support staff are fully factory trained and certified by the manufacturers of the equipment we supply and service.
We offer service contract options to suit your requirements, from a single service visit to comprehensive contracts that are effectively an extension of the manufacturer's warranty, that guarantee response times and ensure minimum downtime for your laser/IPL devices.
Our repair philosophy is to offer a fast response to breakdown calls, affect a complete repair and leave your equipment in good working order in a single visit. We therefore hold a large stock of parts in Ireland ready for immediate dispatch and currently repair 98% of our breakdown calls on the first visit.
